This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.

For any goods damaged on arrival, please notify us by email within 3 days of receipt - Sales@thinkcctvsystems.com
 

- Once you have emailed and notified us of your damaged goods, we will reply with a RMA Number which you must write clearly on your package and include with the damaged goods. You must return goods back to us withing 14 days packed as sent to you in ALL the original packaging. Send any returns by an insured postal service, to ensure safe return. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

 

- A replacement or refund will be issued to you on satisfactory inspection of the returned items. 


- All of our electronics carry a 12 month warranty with our manufacturers against any manufacturing faults. We do not offer any warranty for malicious or accidental damage, it is your responsibility to insure your goods and use them with due care and attention. We will happily replace any faulty items with the same or closest model if updated.

 

- Under Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to return items you don't wish to keep, within 7 days - but THIS IS ONLY IF ITEMS ARE IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION AND ALL ACCESSORIES ARE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM. We cannot accept returns if you have used or tried any item as we can't sell again as new, or if you don't return the item with EVERYTHING THAT CAME WITH IT.

- Iitems which are

 

*returned within the 7 days which are not as new
*returned as they are damaged or do not function correctly - and are found to be working

 

These are subject to a 20 pounds restocking fee.
